This study aims to determine how the level of customer confidence in the Express Postal Service of the Bandung Post Office. While the specific purpose of this research is to build customer trust in the Express Postal Service at the Bandung Post Office. The process of building public trust is carried out using one of the decision-making methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on data processing using this method, the main criteria in selecting the quality priority of the Express Postal Service are the price with a weight of 16,995. By making an AHP method, it is hoped that the Bandung Post Office can improve the quality of Express Postal Services to provide satisfaction to consumers.
